Excellent location. Just the usual feedback that the unit is in need of a bit of an update. New lounge (the spring still is broken and makes sitting in it uncomfortable) is a must!

The location is exceptional- across the road from the beach, short walk to amazing restaurants and also to the light rail. We didn?t have to use our car the entire stay.

apartment was great, but we were unable to use to cooking facilities as there was cockroaches throughout the kitchen.

The location was of course great, most things worked well but the apartment is getting pretty tired. The front door needs to be fixed as it is hard to open/close, and it is in general just a bit shabby. Things like the rusty clothes horse, the dryer that didn't really work even after trying suggestions, and it could do with a pest treatment. That said, we had a great time, and the communications were nice and clear.

Fantastic position, couldn't ask for a better spot to watch the races. Pity that the carpets are so soiled and sticky making our feet quite dirty, therefore showering more but the drier was not working so couldn't wash towels or bath mat
