  • This property is in a great location, close to beaches and cafes. It is a lovely apartment, well set out.
  • The only issue we had was it was rather cold, the heating didn't work well.

The only recommendation would be a better heater fro winter. The gas heater didn't warm the area.

  • The location was great, with easy walking access to beaches, some restaurants and a small supermarket. The welcoming light for our arrival was really appreciated and the bed and bowls for our dogs was a lovely touch. There was a prompt reply to any queries we had, and the 'Points of Interest' on the On Line Guest Guide was really useful. All in all, a beautifully decorated inner city terrace house.
  • Street parking was a little difficult to find at times. The stairs within the house were quite steep and would not be suitable for anyone with any mobility issues.

Loved the little extras supplied for our dogs, ie bed & bowls, and the welcoming light on for our arrival was very much appreciated. However, there were no instructions left for the heating resulting in a rather cold night, although there was a prompt reply to my query the next morning. A comprehensive DVD library is advertised, but I could not find a DVD player. Generally, I thought your online guest guide very helpful, especially the 'Points of Interest'. The location was great for us although parking was a little difficult at times. All in all, a great stay and a beautifully decorated house.

It was great. Only things I would say is offering a heater for the bedrooms, clothes washing liquid ( as itís something no one would normally bring or need a whole packet of) and the wifi struggled to connect upstairs! Otherwise it was a lovely location and a cute little house. Maybe carpeting the bottom stairs too as it was a little strange going from carpet to wood Lovely little house and will stay again

Location location, could walk to the city/beaches. The facilities were superb. The stairs were dangerous (cant see how you can improve them) and witchcraft required to light the gas heater. Need chairs and table in the court yard.

Loved: the location, great provision for a dog and walking distance to a dog beach, fully equipped, terrace charm, wifi worked well, great communication from the owner, quiet. Other things: didnít realise that parking would be such an issue. Very hard to get a park anywhere nearby. I shoved a plastic bag in the open mail slot in the front door while we were there - it could do with replacement of the swing cover (both for a greater sense of privacy and exclusion of critters). The fan in the second bedroom was noisy.

Stay was great, terrace was great! Enjoyed the stay and the location! The barriers and set ups in the streets surrounding for the Supercars event a few weeks away made it difficult to find a park at first. But other than that had a great time!
