Good, clean,comfortable. The hot water shower tap and the bathroom light need some attention. Please with the all experience.

Great location. A few items needed attention but overall a good choice as a 2 bedroom apartment was required.

  • The bed and duvets were comfy and soft. Lovely view with big doors you could open right up
  • The hot water was a bit tricky. Shower kept going cold

  • Location and view with balconies front and back. It was lovely and had charm.
  • The carpet looks dirty. It would be best to remove or replace. The ventilation needs to be sorted it constantly smelt of food cooking from the neighbors. Luckily were not there in the middle of winter or summer as I think it wouldn't have adequate heating or cooling. The addition of some beach towels and a little esky for the beach would be a great touch. Also I found the TV to high to watch from the lower couch, which was uncomfortable. I think it should be on a lower TV stand.

The view was amazing! Beautiful property, well set up with everything you could need. Communication was excellent from manager Stephen. We really enjoyed our stay. The following improvements could be considered: The property would benefit from beach towels. The carpet on the stairs needs replacement or a deep clean. An little esky for beach use would be a nice touch. This property does not have heating or air con for extreme weather, something the owners may wish to consider for the future ( did not affect our stay as weather was comfortable).

Great outlook and excellent general facilities in the unit, and we were fine with the hill-top location as the views were worth it and the horizontal distance to the CBD is very short. The place did get rather hot without air-conditioning though, and there weren't enough fly-screens to keep the mossies out while maintaining ventilation. We found ourselves quite sweaty after climbing the hill back from the CBD, so a few more fly-screens and fans would be useful (or air-con).
